New Model International School is committed to academic excellence. It offers high calibre education in a wide range of subjects at junior secondary and senior secondary.

In its six year collegiate structure it follows the West African Examination Council (WAEC) curriculum and the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) curriculum. The school present students for Basic Education Curriculum Examination at the end of Year 9 (JSS 3). The students also sit for West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and National Examination Council  (NECO) at the end of Year 12 (SS3). Students that sit for both examination have opportunity to earn the distinction or merit  level.

In both national and international curricula, the school seeks to develop in each student a mastery of the skills of communication and learning, and strives to achieve internationally recognised standards of excellence.The school provides facilities to support twenty-first teaching and learning in quest for students to meet the dynamic twenty-first global society.
